- The amount that can be withdrawn is the equivalent local currency up to your card's daily withdrawal limit. You therefore have to know the foreign currency equivalent to ensure that you do not exceed the daily limit or the available balance.
- The amount that will be debited from your account is inclusive of service charges.
- Some states in the U.S. charge an additional fee on ATM access on top of the international Cirrus transaction fee. This access charge is added to the requested amount. Banks allowed by U.S. State Law to levy this charge must, by Master Card rules, display a fee notice on the terminal signage and on the ATM screen. The fee notice screen will prompt you for your agreement to the surcharge. You can cancel the transaction request if you do not want to pay the surcharge on top of the Cirrus charge.
- If your account is Peso-denominated, your peso account will be debited based on prevailing selling rates at the time of the transaction.
