BPI Express Online is the Internet Banking Facility used by BPI Direct to facilitate the processing of your online transactions. It ensures the security and confidentiality of all your transactions done via the Internet.

With BPI Express Online, you can access your account 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Through this facility, you can:

monitor the balances of your deposit, loan and credit card accounts get updated information on your time deposit accounts view deposit transaction details transfer funds between your own or to someone else's deposit accounts view and pay your utility and other bills reload your or someone else's prepaid cell phones effect a Stop Payment Order of issued checks open new deposit accounts or apply for a home loan, auto loan and credit card online reorder checkbooks, change account information, request for copies of financial documents and inquire about various bank products and services

	What do I need to get started?
	It's EASY and SIMPLE to be connected! All you need is your individual BPI, BPI Family Savings Bank or BPI Direct deposit account, Internet Access and BPI Express Online recommended web browser. If you don't have the required Deposit Account… APPLY NOW! BPI Direct is only compatible with the following browsers. Each can be downloaded at NO COST! Netscape 4.75 & up Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.5 w/ Service Pack & up If you already have any of the above browsers, you can increase the cipher strength of your browser from 40/56 to 128-bit for maximum security.

Security

BPI Express Online is highly SECURED, as it is easily accessible. Strong measures are taken to ensure the privacy and confidentiality of your financial information. BPI Express Online requires the use of USERID and password that you nominate upon enrollment. More so, online banking session is automatically terminated after you have left it idle for 5 minutes. Access to BPI Express Online is only allowed through the use of approved browsers. These browsers have the ability to securely communicate online by changing the order of information as it goes through the Internet channel. All communications between your computer and BPI are encrypted using a high-level protocol called Secure Socket Layer (SSL). Furthermore, an e-mail confirmation/alert is also sent to your registered e-mail address every time you make an online financial transaction such as Fund Transfer, Check-Free payment, Reloading of Globe Prepaid Handyphone or Express Cash, Changing of password or e-mail address. Finally, a secure measure is also placed on our side. The information that you send us passes through a firewall. A firewall is a computer program designed to prevent unauthorized users from accessing your accounts.

Pricing

BPI Express Online is FREE of charge as long as you maintain the Minimum Average Daily Balance (ADB) Requirement of your enrolled deposit accounts. Any service fee waiver for accounts that fall below the ADB requirement will no longer be in effect. Should your enrolled account(s) fall below the required balance, a service fee will be deducted from your deposit accounts.
