A BPI Direct Deposit account can be opened online at www.bpidirect.com or through the phone by calling 89-100 for Metro Manila, 1-800-188-89100 for domestic toll-free calls or + 63 + 2 + 89-10000, our International Access Code when calling from abroad. All accounts opened online are automatically eligible for Express Online services. BPI Direct accounts opened through the phone can avail of this service by logging on to www.bpiexpressonline.com. BPI Direct offers higher deposit interest rates, paperless transactions and online banking services.

Express Teller ATMs
Access your BPI Direct account through over 1,200 Express Teller ATMs nationwide, plus the extensive network of Expressnet and Megalink. You can also use your BPI Direct ATM Card in over 900,000 Cirrus/Maestro ATMs in 120 countries worldwide. Simply look for the Cirrus/Maestro logo found on ATMs worldwide. ATM withdrawal limit is PhP50,000 per day.

Express Phone
Simply dial 89-100 for Metro Manila, 1-800-188-89100, our domestic toll-free number or dial + 63 + 2 + 89-10000, the International Access Code when calling from abroad. Press "1" (Express Teller) to do automated voice prompt-guided transactions, or press "0" for phone banker assistance. Both self-service transactions and phone banker-assisted transactions are available to you 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Through Express Phone, you can do the following transactions:

   
  • Inquire about your deposit account balance
  • Request for a Bank Statement by fax
  • Report your lost BPI Direct ATM Card
  • Change your Telephone Identification Number (TIN)
  • Transfer funds between your accounts real-time
  • Re-order checkbooks
  • Issue a stop payment order
  • Pay your bills through the Check Free Payment Facility
  • Reload your prepaid cell phone and Express Cash cards
Our phone bankers can also assist you when doing the following banking transactions:
  • Open a BPI Direct Savings or Checking Account
  • Apply for a BPI Credit Card or a BPI Direct home/auto loan

To access Express Phone, you will need your eleven-digit Access Number, which is made up of the last ten digits of your ATM Card Number plus the first digit of your Joint Account Indicator (JAI) found on the lower right hand corner of your card. For help with locating your ATM Card Number and JAI, click here. You will also be asked to dial your secret four-digit Telephone ID Number (TIN).

Go cashless shopping at over 4,900 merchant establishments in the Philippines. Just look for the EPS sign.

BPI Express Online (EOL)
BPI Express Online is the Internet Banking Facility of the Bank of the Philippine Islands and its subsidiaries, BPI Family Savings Bank and BPI Direct Savings Bank. All your Internet transactions will be done via this facility. Take the online tour and see how convenient it is for you to access all your BPI Direct Savings Bank, BPI, and BPI Family Savings Bank accounts. Functionalities include real time transfer of funds between your accounts, account balance inquiry, payment of bills, reorder of checkbooks, request for stop payment, and request for other banking services.


Nominated Branch of Convenience
When you open a BPI Direct deposit account, you will be requested to nominate a branch of convenience. This is the branch where you will present your identification papers, sign your account opening documents, pick up your BPI Direct ATM Card, Checkbook and Account Opening Kit. This branch will also service your over-the-counter transactions like deposits and withdrawals when amounts exceed the ATM withdrawal limits.

> If you open an account outside the Philippines, you will get your ATM Card once you visit your nominated branch upon your return to the country. You will receive a BPI Direct Info Card to remind you of the things that you will have to do to claim your BPI Direct ATM Card.

Deposits
In the Philippines, deposits can be made at any BPI branch nationwide. Outside of the country, funds may be remitted through BPI Express Remittance Centers, tie-ups or correspondent banks near you.
